MANSFIELD - The North Attleboro High wrestling team worked quickly and efficiently on the mat Wednesday, routing Taunton 62-0 in a Hockomock League meet held at Mansfield High School.
The Rocketeers are now 20-1 overall and stand atop the Kelley-Rex Division of the Hockomock League with a 5-0 record, as well as being the Hockomock League Championship Tournament titlist.
Mike Burns (106), Joe Alexander (120), Steve Abusherry (145), Adam Eberle (160) and Yaseen Abdall (220) all scored first period pins for the Rocketeers.
North Attleboro will be the No. 1 seed among the 16 teams participating in the MIAA Division 2 Dual Meet Championship Saturday in Andover. The Rocketeers will represent the Hockomock League with Oliver Ames and Milford also in the field.
"We now have our sights set on Saturday," said North coach Wayne Griffin of the next goal on the checklist of events on the Big Red calendar.
