WRESTLING: LeBlanc reaches 100 for NA

NORTH ATTLEBORO - Going 3-0 with two pins, Shane LeBlanc earned his 100th career victory on his final match of the day as the North Attleboro High wrestling team chalked up three victories Saturday in a quad-meet against Quabbin (35-22), Pathfinder (66-11) and St. John's of Shrewsbury (57-16).

LeBlanc, a senior captain, is now 19 wins shy of the school record held by Vinny Sharma.

Sophomore Austin Renzi performed well, going 3-0 with three pins. Steven Hathaway (106 pounds), John David (132) and Michael Anderson (220) were also perfect at 3-0.

North travels to play defending the Hockomock League champion Franklin Panthers on Wednesday night at 7 p.m.
